Since 1891, Pike Awning Co. has been a custom manufacturer of quality awnings. We’re proud of our heritage, and proud to be part of the history of our home city Portland, Oregon throughout this time.

A lot has changed in our business and our city since we opened our doors. One example being the site of our original shop location, the Memorial Coliseum now stands in its place! Back then, over a hundred and twenty five years ago, using only the finest materials, we hand-cut and painstakingly manufactured bags, tents, and sails for Oregon’s pioneers.

Today, we are family owned and operated, with the third generation involved in running the business. While some technologies have improved and we have newer tools to assist in our craft, we still manufacture every product meticulously by hand. Whether it’s a traditional canvas awning, retractable exterior screen, shade sail, metal awning or retractable awning, our focus is providing shade and weather protection to our customers. Our values are focused around our customers and employees and we count ourselves fortunate to be able to manufacture awnings and canopies for our area’s homes and businesses.
